Candidate Profile :
Commerce Graduate with additional Degree/Diploma in HR/Law(preferred)
Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR, Personnel and Administration department of a manufacturing company.
Job Description:
Ensuring compliance to all company personnel laws, BMC rules , labour laws, factory acts and rules of best HR practices in a manufacturing company. Maintaining all company registrations and licenses renewals.
Keeping records of personnel department like attendance, leaves, salaries, employee benefits and deductions and perpetration of multi- location payroll.
Implementing statutory records and agreements, HR and Admin circulars, notices and rules.
Recruiting new staff members, assisting them during the recruiting process, conducting interviews, vetting applicants, joining formalities, induction of new employees, updating databases and overseeing personnel performance reviews in coordination with HRD and management of the company.
Key Skills :
Good mathematical skills and familiarity with accounting software& procedures.
Good Knowledge of Income tax, Employee Pension and Provident Fund, Esic, professional tax, Gratuity, other related payments and returns to the government. Familiarity with state labour laws.
Working experience on spine payroll or similar payroll software and all government online scheme portals. Sound knowledge of payroll procedures.
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, windows and email messaging skills. Ability to prepare and present reports.
Quick to learn and able to take directions easily along with the ability to handle confidential information. Strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
