HR Executive We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and a working knowledge of HR operations. This is a full-time, office-based role with opportunities to grow across multiple HR functions.
Job Responsibility

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company channels.

Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports for tracking and analysis.

Support HR operations activities, including employee documentation, onboarding formalities, attendance tracking, HRIS updates, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

Contribute to employer branding activities and recruitment events.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

6 months to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment and exposure to HR operations.

Good understanding of HR policies, documentation, and day-to-day HR processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
