HR Assistant – GSB Holdings Group

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 + AED 1,000 incentive (based on KPI achievement)

About the Role:

GSB Holdings is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations across all group entities, maintaining data accuracy, driving process improvements, and contributing to cross-functional projects that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain HR data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Support group-level HR operations across multiple entities within GSB Holdings.
• Assist in documenting HR processes and standard operating procedures.
• Identify process gaps, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate and track cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and communication materials.
• Participate confidently in meetings or presentations; must be comfortable speaking on stage.
• Support HR systems and digital transformation initiatives (Bayzat, ERP, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (mandatory).
• MBA in HR or related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to handle HR systems and digital tools.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and basic IT knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives is a strong plus.
