Position Title: Executive – Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Inventory & Warehouse Operations to manage inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate must have experience in a manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient inventory flow, stock accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time stock updates.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward inventory movement.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for material availability

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field.

· 6 months–1 year of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations in Automotive or Appliances or FMCG or Food and Beverages industry.

· Strong understanding of manufacturing inventory processes.

· Command on MS Excel.
