Executive, Learning & Development (L&D)

Active8 Wireless is a fast-growing US-based company operating 350+ Metro by T-Mobile retail stores across the United States. Our Karachi-based back office plays a vital role in supporting our US operations through strategic insight, data analysis, and operational excellence.

We are looking for an Executive L&D who is passionate about talent transformation, training delivery, and performance optimization.

Role Overview

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
• Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Location: Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi
• Job Type: Full-time Work
• Location: In person (RJ Mall, Karachi)

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct orientation and technical training sessions for new hires, specifically focusing on our operational SOPs and communication standards.
• Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Department Heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.
• Content Development: Create and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids to ensure they align with current business processes.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of trainees during their probation period and provide feedback to the HR and Operations teams.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Design quizzes and practical assessments to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention.
• Culture Building: Organize workshops and sessions focused on soft skills, workplace ethics, and professional development to boost employee engagement.
• L&D Administration: Maintain digital records of training attendance, certifications, and individual performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in L&D, Training, or a Quality Assurance (QA) role, preferably within a BPO or tech environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Public Speaking: Confident in delivering presentations and facilitating groups of 20+ people.
• Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Creative Skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Canva (or similar tools) to create engaging training modules.
• Flexibility: Must be comfortable working the Night shift.

Pay: Up to Rs75,000.00 per month
