Executive Logistics and Operations

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for B2B and B2C shipments
• Coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics (RTOs)
• Act as a point of contact with courier partners, transporters, and warehouses
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery as per defined SLAs
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, short deliveries, damages, and losses
• Ensure accurate documentation including invoices, e-way bills, PODs, and challans
• Monitor and control logistics costs including freight, appointment charges, and ODA
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS and performance reports
• Handle customer and internal escalations professionally
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory regulations
• Support onboarding of new logistics partners and locations
• Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements

Pay: ₹11,879.11 - ₹32,843.29 per month
