Executive Maintenance

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to take charge of the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our production machinery. The candidate should be able to independently handle mechanical issues, ensure minimal downtime, and improve machine efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for Rotogravure printing, slitting, bag-making machines, and air compressors.
• Diagnose mechanical breakdowns and implement quick, effective solutions.
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules to ensure machinery uptime and reliability.
• Support erection, installation, and commissioning of new machines.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize interruptions during maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Provide feedback for machine improvements and cost-effective maintenance practices.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine mechanics.
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns with quick troubleshooting.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-call for urgent requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
