Responsibilities:
Agent Banking Product Management:

Oversee the agent banking product backend, including enhancements and additions to existing services.

Oversee identification of opportunities for new services to meet customer needs and enhance the overall product offering.

Manage efforts to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the development and delivery of agent banking platform.

Oversee improvements to the customer journey within the agent banking platform.
Agent Banking Sales

Lead business negotiations with agent banking partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Oversee identification of new opportunities to expand the network, onboarding of new customers, and methods increase transaction volumes/ value.

Provide insights to partner into effective marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and transactions.

Plan to maximize transactions through agent banking while remaining competitive in the market and maximizing the revenue for SAIB.
Agent Banking Support:

Oversee the identification and resolution of customer issues related to agent banking services.

Ensure timely and effective resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
-
Oversee the escalation of critical issues to higher levels of support or relevant departments for swift resolution.
-
Additional duties and responsibilities assigned through the bank’s process as deemed necessary.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

Preferred Experience:
preferred to have 6+ years of experience (No preference in managerial)

Arabic, English.
