Job Description: We are looking for an Executive Manager – Strategy & Operations who can play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our business strategies while overseeing key operational functions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with managerial acumen, bringing fresh ideas and strong execution skills to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic planning and execution across business functions
• Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives
• Lead projects that strengthen market presence and operational excellence
• Provide analytical insights to guide decision-making and long-term planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dairy Engineering, or B.Tech Food Technology
• MBA qualification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, or FMCG-related roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
• Passionate, self-driven, and results-oriented
