Executive - Marketing & Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to market research, customer engagement, lead generation, and coordination for new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and trend tracking.

Assist in building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Prepare marketing materials, company presentations, and customer proposals.

Support customer communication, follow-ups, and sampling coordination.

Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to support customer developments.

Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings (as required).

Contribute to social media content planning and brand visibility initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Client Servicing.

Prior experience in manufacturing, export, fashion, or leather goods industry is an added advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct structured research and convert insights into action plans.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
