As our Executive - Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and financial tasks and project plans. You will be the go-to person for managing finance-related queries, both internally and externally. Your contributions will be vital in driving our projects to success and supporting our team with your expertise. Here's what you will typically be involved in, though your impact will go beyond.
Main tasks include:
• Communicate with brand teams when invoices are ready to be generated
• Make sure all Proof of Payment are in place
• Support on historical and ongoing spends reporting
• Liaise with accounts payable for timely payments. Follow up on invoices with Suppliers
• Oversee ad spend and resolve discrepancies between reports and invoices.
• Assist with data gathering and entry, and preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Check PO’s and make sure they are aligned with media plans spends and fees
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the team.
• Assist with the management of the organization's finances and compliance with internal policies.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifcations:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in operations or admin role
Strong organizational skills, team player, ability to multitask, and work under pressure.
