Executive - Monitoring & Inspection(IBC)

Qualification & Experience

· A CA/CA Inter/CS/LLB/CMA overall 3-5 year working experience in Regulatory/Monitoring and Compliances under IBC

· Preference will be given to candidates possessing Working experience of CIRP, Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation and compliance under IBC

Skill Sets required

· Sound knowledge of IBC and its Regulations

· Good interpersonal skills

· Effective written and verbal communication skills

· Effective drafting skills for Inspections and Monitoring related Issues

· Good knowledge of MS Office

Job Profile

· To conduct Inspections/Investigations, as directed

· To prepare a report of the Inspection/Investigation(s)/ Monitoring/Compliances as per the Inspection Policy/IBC

· To handle other tasks as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Compliance

· To verify compliance of provisions of the Code, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Circulars and directions issued by the Board in undertaking.

· Inspections/Investigations/Monitoring/Compliances under IBC

Nature of Employment

· On Contract basis for a period of One year as full-time employment (Renewable thereafter at discretion of IIIPI)

Salary Approx -4 to 6 lac

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
