Executive New Business Processor

(Administrative Operations)

Full-Time | In-Office | Dixon, IL
$41,600 – $52,000 (based on experience)
Performance-based raises for those who excel

This is not a typical administrative role.

At Trinity Insurance & Financial Services, we are a Christ-centered holistic financial planning firm focused on serving individuals and families with care, integrity, and purpose.

This position is a key operational leadership role responsible for managing the new business process from start to finish while helping drive the daily efficiency of the office.

What This Role Really Is

You are the person who ensures that new business is processed, tracked, and completed efficiently and correctly while helping keep the office running at a high level.

This role requires someone who:

  • Thinks independently
  • Moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  • Takes responsibility for outcomes
  • Keeps things moving forward without being asked

You are not waiting for directions you are owning and leading the process.

Core Responsibility: New Business Process Management

This is a central part of the role.

You will:

  • Prepare and submit new business applications accurately and efficiently
  • Manage cases from submission through approval
  • Track all pending business and ensure nothing stalls or gets overlooked

  • Take full ownership of timelines and outcomes

The goal is simple: keep business always moving forward.

Growth Opportunity

With a strong understanding of our office, systems, and processes, this role has the opportunity to grow into an Executive Assistant position, helping to oversee and support daily office functions at a higher level.

  • Increased responsibility in office operations
  • Greater leadership involvement
  • Compensation will adjust accordingly

This is a career position, not just a job.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support advisors with high-level administrative needs

  • Move with urgency and stay productive throughout the day
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Naturally solve problems and figure things out
  • Take pride in getting things done right and on time
  • Stay level-headed and focused in a fast-paced environment

You’re someone who produces, not just participates.

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:

  • Need step-by-step direction or supervision
  • Struggle with multitasking or deadlines
  • Get easily overwhelmed when things get busy
  • Miss details or fail to follow through
  • Take feedback personally or have difficulty adapting
  • Prefer a slower-paced or highly repetitive role

This position requires someone who is mentally tough, accountable, and consistent.

This role requires:

  • Ownership of your responsibilities
  • Strong decision-making and judgment
  • The ability to stay ahead of problems, not react to them
  • Consistent high-level output
  • A mindset focused on solutions and results

We are looking for someone who sets the standard for how work gets done.
