Job Title: Executive Office / Project Coordinator (Construction - US Projects)

Company: Unica Construction Group (US-based general contractor)
Location: Remote (India-based candidates only)

Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are a US-based construction company hiring one key person in India to support our projects. This role is a mix of office management + project coordination + basic engineering support.

You will work directly with company management. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Quantity take-off and basic cost estimation from construction drawings
  • Preparing material lists and helping with material procurement
  • Calling / following up with vendors and subcontractors when needed
  • Tracking job progress and preparing simple daily / weekly site reports
  • Updating project information in our CRM / spreadsheets
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and customer communication in a professional way
  • General office coordination tasks for the team (documents, follow-ups, reminders)

Work Timing

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM US EST (night shift India time)

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or background in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / similar
  • 2+ years experience in construction, site coordination, estimation, or project support
  • Comfortable reading drawings and doing basic BOQ / material take-off
  • Good spoken and written English to speak with US team / clients
  • Strong with Excel / Google Sheets and basic project tracking tools (CRM or similar)
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to follow up without being told 10 times
  • Experience working with US projects / US general contractors is a strong plus
