Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) travel sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of operations, delivering exceptional service to clients, and contributing to the success of our events and travel programs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of MICE travel programs.

· Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and Hotels, to ensure smooth execution.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and providing excellent customer service.

· Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution phases.

· Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including transportation, accommodation, and venue arrangements.

· Ensure all aspects of travel programs align with client expectations and company standards.

· Implement quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.

· Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.

· Proven experience in operations within the MICE travel sector.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Willingness to travel as required.

Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate event schedules.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
