Role Purpose
The Executive – Operations is responsible for executing day-to-day field operations across assigned sites, ensuring smooth manpower deployment, operational discipline, and uninterrupted service delivery. The role acts as a key coordination link between clients, site teams, and internal departments to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Onboarding & Deployment
- Support new site surveys and manpower planning.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and deployment.
- Facilitate accommodation arrangements where required.
- Distribute joining kits and ensure smooth site stabilization.
2. Operations & Manpower Management
- Monitor daily attendance and manpower availability.
- Maintain minimum 98% manpower strength across sites.
- Address manpower shortages and support attrition replacement.
- Ensure daily operational reporting and site discipline.
3. Client & Site Coordination
- Respond promptly to client requirements and operational issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and employee briefings.
- Enforce grooming standards and operational compliance.
- Collect feedback and support service improvement initiatives.
4. Attendance, Payroll & MIS
- Ensure accurate weekly and monthly attendance closure.
- Submit site-wise operational reports (MMR).
- Provide accurate attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Maintain operational data accuracy and documentation.
5. Commercial & Compliance Support
- Assist in invoice submission and billing tracking.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in operational review meetings.
6. Employee Engagement
- Support Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and service culture across sites.
7. Local Sourcing & Logistics Support
- Assist in local manpower sourcing and replacement tracking.
- Coordinate transport and deployment logistics when required.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain 98%+ manpower strength at all sites.
- Ensure zero service disruption and minimal client escalation.
- Achieve 100% attendance and reporting accuracy.
- Submit reports within defined timelines.
- Ensure grooming, induction, and compliance adherence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
