Mysti’s is entering a high-growth, multi-state expansion phase. We are hiring a Los Angeles–based Executive Operations Partner to directly support the CEO during a critical scaling period involving California and Washington operations, multi-county coordination, public contracts, and executive-level external representation.

This is an executive-alignment role.

You will function as an operational extension of the CEO — protecting tempo, eliminating ambiguity, managing cognitive load, and ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into disciplined execution.

If you are looking for a traditional administrative position, this role will feel overwhelming.

If you are a high-agency operator who thrives in executive proximity, this role will feel natural.

About the CEO & Organization

Mysti’s operates across multiple California counties and Washington State, providing case management, housing stabilization, and supportive services to vulnerable populations under complex government contracts.

The CEO operates at high velocity and manages:

  • Multi-state executive leadership
  • Conference and public representation
  • HR and compliance oversight
  • Contract relationships
  • Growth strategy and infrastructure buildout

This role exists to protect executive focus and eliminate operational friction.

Non-Negotiables

  • Must reside in the Los Angeles area
  • Must be available for hybrid work and consistent travel to headquarters
  • Must have direct experience supporting a Founder or CEO
  • Must operate at executive judgment level — not task-based execution
  • Must demonstrate anticipatory ownership and decisive escalation
  • Must be comfortable working in mission-driven but high-accountability environments

What Executive-Level Support Means HereExecutive Tempo & Agency

  • Anticipates needs before they are verbalized
  • Escalates ambiguity immediately (no workflow stall)
  • Closes communication loops without reminders
  • Thinks three steps ahead in calendar, travel, and stakeholder alignment
  • Reduces executive cognitive load measurably

The CEO should never have to ask twice.
Meetings should never begin without context.
Travel should never require troubleshooting.

Advanced Calendar & Strategic Oversight

  • Owns complex, multi-state executive calendar management
  • Independently verifies placeholders, private holds, and conflicts
  • Builds buffers and protects executive energy
  • Prepares meeting briefs in advance
  • Tracks follow-ups and enforces accountability

If the CEO is traveling while leading a high-level meeting and preparing for external representation, you have already:

  • Confirmed logistics
  • Built time buffers
  • Prepared briefing materials
  • Aligned stakeholders
  • Created follow-up workflows

Operational Ownership

  • Manages travel logistics and headquarters coordination
  • Oversees conference planning and executive readiness
  • Coordinates vendors and HR-related follow-ups
  • Ensures contracts, documents, and deliverables do not stall
  • Prevents operational ambiguity from reaching the CEO

You do not wait to be told.
You solve, then inform.

Communication & Responsiveness

  • Active engagement 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT
  • 10–15 minute response window standard
  • Comfortable escalating via call/text when alignment is required
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and at executive level

You understand executive bandwidth and protect it.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
