About Assisted Living Mansion
Assisted Living Mansion is a residential assisted living development and partnership company based in Texas, operating nationwide. We partner with investors and operators to build high-end, small-scale assisted living homes designed to feel personal rather than institutional.
Our model combines real estate strategy, operational systems, and hands-on support to help partners launch and scale successful residential assisted living businesses. We focus on thoughtful home design, strong operations, and long-term sustainability.
The result is a differentiated care environment for residents and a durable, real estate-backed business for our partners.

This is a strategic support role for someone who understands that executive time is the most valuable asset in the organization. You will operate as the right hand to two senior leaders.
