We’re hiring an Executive Operations Partner to work directly with the CEO and President at Advanced Rehab Management Services

This role is for someone who brings structure, organization, and follow-through to a fast-growing company.
You’ll manage priorities, keep leadership aligned, and make sure important work actually gets completed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars
- Ensure leadership time is spent on the right things
- Prepare for meetings and track follow-up actions
- Keep projects and priorities moving forward
- Coordinate communication across teams
- Identify gaps and improve how work gets done
- Support a structured, professional office environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years supporting senior leaders (CEO, President, or similar)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track
- Clear, professional communication
- High level of discretion and judgment
- Self-starter who follows through without being asked
