Key Responsibilities:

Drafting professional letters, emails, and official documents

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence

Organizing files, records, and office operations efficiently

Using AI tools to improve productivity, drafting, and reporting

Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes for higher management

Coordinating and liaising with various government departments

Handling confidential information with discretion

Required Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Master’s degree

Experience: 5–7 years as an Executive / Personal Secretary

Experience working with reputed organizations

Exposure to dealing with government departments

Key Skills:

Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent drafting and documentation skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible

Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

Experience in reporting directly to senior / higher management

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Familiarity with modern office technologies and AI-based tools
