Executive Personal Assistant (EPA)
Location: New York, NY 10010
Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + discretionary bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (2–3 days in-office when principal is present)
Availability: Must be flexible, including evenings, occasional weekends, and responsive support as needed
Position Overview
An Executive Personal Assistant is sought to support a high-profile CEO/UHNWI in a fast-paced, hybrid business and personal environment. This role leans heavily toward personal assistance within a business setting, requiring a candidate who can seamlessly manage both executive-level responsibilities and lifestyle support.
The ideal candidate has both EA and PA experience, is highly resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment. This position requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
• Plan and book all travel (domestic and international) from start to finish, including detailed itineraries
• Secure hard-to-get restaurant reservations and provide curated recommendations
• Stay current on top restaurants, events, travel destinations, and lifestyle trends in NYC and globally
• Provide high-level concierge and lifestyle support for the principal
• Handle personal and business-related tasks with equal attention to detail
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
• Manage expenses, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, or UHNWI in a PA/EPA/EA capacity
• Strong experience with international commercial travel planning (A–Z execution required)
• Proven ability to manage both personal and business responsibilities
• Background in luxury lifestyle management or UHNW environments
• Strong knowledge of NYC restaurants, travel, and global lifestyle trends
• Polished taste level with an eye for detail and quality
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle high-pressure situations
• Stable work history with minimal short-term or contract roles
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Highly discreet with strong judgment and professionalism
• Ability to work in-office (hybrid), not fully remote
• Willingness to maintain a 24/7 mentality when required, particularly during principal travel, with responsiveness via email and text as needed
