About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Personal Assistant to support the CEO of an international company based in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their professional journey who are eager to learn, highly organized, and confident representing the company in meetings, events, and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing the CEO's daily agenda
• Support administrative and coordination tasks
• Welcome visitors and assist during meetings or company events
• Help manage communications and follow-ups with partners
