Executive / Personal Assistant to President

🏢 Full-time, 5 days in office when Principal in town. 4 days in office 1 day remote when he is traveling.

We are hiring an experienced Executive / Personal Assistant to manage both business priorities and personal logistics. This is a 70% Executive Assistant / 30% Personal Assistant role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in keeping everything organized and moving forward.
What You’ll Do

Manage an intense, constantly changing executive calendar with precision, including meetings, calls, events, and shifting priorities

Coordinate current domestic and international travel for the President, family, and office team, often for 6+ travelers at one time

Handle emails, calls, scheduling requests, and communications with professionalism and sound judgment

Prepare itineraries, reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials

Serve as liaison with executives, employees, vendors, outside partners, and family contacts

Assist with personal matters including reservations, errands, returns, vendor follow-up, household coordination, and family scheduling

Set up Zoom calls, conference rooms, and meeting logistics for guests and presenters

Handle confidential business and personal matters with discretion

Track priorities, follow-up items, invoices, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
What You Bring

5+ years supporting a senior executive or principal

Recent experience handling high-volume calendar management

Current experience coordinating domestic and international travel for 6+ people

Strong writing, organization, and follow-through

Able to pivot quickly and solve problems independently

Professional, polished, dependable presence

Comfortable managing both executive and personal responsibilities
