Executive Personal Assistant


We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to UBO, who will manage UBO's schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and support day-to-day administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include organizing travel and events, preparing reports, and performing clerical tasks to ensure efficient workflow and effective time management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage UBO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments

• Handle email communication and business correspondence

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements

• Assist with business and personal/lifestyle management tasks

• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities

• Support the UBO during travel (independently or accompanying when required)

• Ensure smooth coordination across business and personal schedules


Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

• Background in family offices, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle management is preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Flexibility to travel when required
