to serve as their trusted partner and operational right hand for all things administrative. The role leans more heavily toward supporting the wife’s professional and personal needs while also providing seamless assistance to the husband and overall family operations. She runs a healthcare focused venture capital firm

The Executive Personal Assistant will take a
holistic approach
to support, integrating both personal and professional domains with exceptional discretion, initiative, and emotional intelligence. This is not a traditional support position—it requires someone who thrives as a
strategic extension of the principals
, ensuring smooth execution and anticipatory management across all aspects of their lives.
About the Job

Serve as the primary liaison and trusted point of contact for both principals, managing professional and personal schedules, priorities, and commitments

Act as a true gatekeeper for the wife, managing and prioritizing her schedule personal and professional including her venture capital firm and philanthropic work

Prioritize her inbox and craft emails and other correspondence on her behalf, do research and prepare briefings, as needed

Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and related logistics, personal and professional

Oversee key philanthropic initiatives and prepare her for meetings

Plan and support events, dinners with a “high touch” mentality

Manage personal matters including household organization, vendor oversight, family scheduling, and errands taking as much off her plate as possible

Handle expense reports, bill payments, purchase tracking, and record keeping
-
Leverage technology and AI tools to optimize time management, streamline communications, and enhance overall efficiency

Ad Hoc special projects
About You

At least 5 years of experience supporting a high-net-worth individual or family; someone interested in health and healthcare overall a PLUS
-
Bachelor’s degree

Proven ability to operate with discretion, judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence

Exceptional organizational and anticipatory skills; very detail oriented always going the next step to provide “high touch” service.

Confident communicator with great written and verbal skills

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Tech savvy and experience working with AI tools

Strong project management and event planning skills

A warm engaging personality that can handle anything from planning a kids birthday party to scheduling and getting the principal ready for key meetings for her venture capital business and philanthropic endeavors
