This is a full-time W-2 position reporting directly to the principal.

What you'll own
Bookkeeping and expense operations

Categorize and track personal and business expenses across multiple entities

Manage receipts, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliation

Liaise with bookkeepers and accounting platforms; maintain clean records

Vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and bill pay
Compliance and professional services coordination

Serve as primary liaison to CPAs, tax counsel, immigration attorneys, and corporate counsel

Track filing deadlines, document requests, and signature workflows

Maintain organized records of entity formation documents, K-1s and immigration filings
-
Coordinate KYC/AML packages for new investments and banking relationships
Deal flow and project tracking

Maintain investment pipeline trackers

Prepare meeting briefs, follow-up notes, and action items

Manage data rooms, NDAs, and document workflows

Conduct light research on companies, founders, and counterparties
Calendar, inbox, and travel

Own the principal's calendar to protect deep work

Manage the inbox, with delegated reply authority increasing over time

Handle domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas
What we're looking for
-
Prior experience as an EA or PA to a high-output principal, founder, or investor
-
Numerate and detail-obsessed; fluent in spreadsheets and accounting/banking platforms (QuickBooks, Mercury, or equivalent); able to read a balance sheet

Comfortable with legal and tax workflows; has worked alongside CPAs and attorneys

Operationally fluent across e-signature tools, password managers, and expense platforms

Actively uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) for drafting, research, summarization, and workflow automation; quick to integrate new tools

Strong written communication; able to draft clean, professional correspondence on the principal's behalf

Proactive and self-directed; builds systems rather than waiting for instructions

Calm under pressure; able to hold many threads simultaneously and re-prioritize quickly
Compensation and logistics

Base salary: $100,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience

Full-time, W-2 employment

Standard business hours, with occasional availability outside those hours for international travel windows and urgent matters

Remote, with one day per week in person at the Miami office

Start date: as soon as possible
