Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support a busy business owner with personal, household, travel, and property management responsibilities. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, flexible, and comfortable managing both administrative tasks and hands-on household coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Executive and Personal Assistant Duties
- Oversee daily household operations including vendor coordination, maintenance projects, scheduling, and supply management
- Manage household services, invoices, organization, grocery stocking, and pet care
- Coordinate travel logistics, packing, itineraries, reservations, and schedule changes
- Plan and organize events, dinners, and special occasions
- Manage calendars, appointments, family scheduling, and personal administrative support
Lake House & Airbnb Management
- Coordinate cleanings and maintenance schedules
- Serve as the primary contact for renters, contractors, and service providers
- Oversee projects, repairs, and property upkeep
- Obtain bids and manage vendor relationships for improvement projects
- Monitor and manage Airbnb listings, bookings, guest communication, and supplies
- Conduct regular visits to inspect the property and ensure operations run smoothly
Accounting & Administrative Support
- Coordinate check preparation and payment processing with office staff and vendors
- Maintain organized financial records and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Proficient with calendars, email, online bookings, and basic accounting/payment tasks
- Flexible schedule and willingness to assist with occasional travel-related needs
- Comfortable working in both office and household environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
