Executive Personal Assistant

Mohawk Textiles is seeking a personal assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and Director of Operations in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will assist in:

  • Maintaining an organized office environment
  • Professional communications (take dictation, sending emails, managing thank you notes, etc.)
  • Email management
  • Organization of files and documents
  • Manage calendar, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Event planning
  • Staff scheduling for events and event management
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Act as a liaison between various stakeholders
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Ship product samples
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

This role requires:

· Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

· Ability to be extremely flexible and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

· Professional phone etiquette and written communication

· Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

· Excellent proofreading skills

The right candidate must be extremely organized, possess excellent communication skills, highly flexible, able to take instructions, detail oriented, fast paced, computer savvy, able to travel with the company when needed, able to find solutions to problems without major management, and shift from one task to the next while completing tasks from beginning to end.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
