Role Description

This is a 3 day a week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, on-site role for a Executive Assistant to the owner of Medical Laser & Aesthetics, located in Huntington Beach, CA. On a daily basis the Assistant will greet patients, ensure patient forms are complete, coordinate patient arrivals with staff, answer the phone, schedule patient appointments, accept credit card and cash payments, and maintain a clean professional environment.

In addition the assistant will order and track supply shipments, format medical reports for Doctors Independent Medical Evaluations. The assistant will observe and study laser procedures to create appropriate Social Media posts, update Nurse instructions, update Patient Aftercare instructions and perform other assigned projects. As knowledge improves the assistant may recommend skin care products to patients.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak, write and understand English
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and track multiple tasks and projects
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Associates Degree or equivalent required
• Social media experience is required.
• Experience in a medical or aesthetic setting is a plus
• Spanish language skills is a plus
• Licensed esthetician a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
