Role Overview
This is a transformative, high-trust role for dynamic, emotionally mature Women who thrive in fast-paced executive environments and are ready to travel frequently across India.
As Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to the Managing Director, you will function as a close strategic partner, supporting both business operations and select personal logistics with discretion and precision.
The role offers direct exposure to leadership decision-making, structured mentorship, and the opportunity to evolve into a long-term executive ally. To be effective, the incumbent must think and work like a [business] owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and executive correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure smooth business execution
- Handle select personal logistics, including travel, [investment-related coordination], and event support
- Collaborate closely with other Personal Assistants and Operations Executives to ensure seamless support
- Anticipate the Director’s needs and offer proactive support to enhance his leadership effectiveness
- Manage and organise the Director’s calendar, meetings, and national travel with foresight and efficiency
- Organise meetings and give presentations as [and when] needed
- Accompany the Director on business trips across India and abroad (in future) as a professional representative
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Ability or willingness to support the Director in Futures & Options trading–related tasks, including monitoring stock and Options price movements, tracking key market data, [assisting with] equity research, and preparing concise investment briefs. Candidates with strong numerical aptitude or interest in financial markets will be at an advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in executive assistance, business coordination, or operations (preferred).
Talented, dynamic freshers with a strong interest in building a career as a PA/EA will also be considered.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (freshers welcome)
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Bengali a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital productivity tools
- Willingness and readiness for regular national and occasional international travel
- High level of emotional discipline, integrity, and self-motivation

Special Notes
- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Calcutta (Kolkata) [with options for Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai]; remote or hybrid work is not available
