We are seeking a highly capable Executive & Personal Assistant to support the owner of a fast-paced, multi-location restaurant and hospitality group. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable balancing business operations with personal support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics

  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners

  • Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and ensure priorities are executed

  • Assist with restaurant operations coordination (vendors, maintenance, utilities, payroll support, audits, and special projects)

  • Organize contracts, invoices, warranties, and operational records

  • Support personal scheduling, travel, household matters, and family logistics

  • Coordinate events, gifting, and special occasions

  • Handle ad-hoc projects with efficiency and discretion

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or fast-paced environments strongly preferred

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, scheduling and expense tools)

  • NYC-based
