In this context, we would be interested in recruiting a suitable candidate for the position of Office Executive for Procurement Department as part of the Head Office at Gopalapuram.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate potential vendors.
• Price comparisons / Vendor analysis
• Negotiating contracts on reasonable terms for pricing and supply.
• Obtain approvals as per TNAES’s Delegation of Authority
• Tracking the orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Updating order details into our internal databases.
• Periodical reports/MIS to Management/ Purchasing committee.
• Collaborating with the teams to develop purchasing plans and source potential vendors.
• Vendor feedback from Schools/ stakeholders
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest market and industry trends.

Requirements

• 2-3 years proven track record of working in Purchasing department or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite).
• Ability to create quality MIS.
• Ability to make quick decisions.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to accurately review contracts.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
