Role Overview
Are you a high-energy multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to act as the central "engine" for a leading US-based Merchant Processing firm. You will support the CEO by managing high-volume communication channels, organizing complex financial files, and ensuring no lead or merchant inquiry goes unanswered.
This is not a sales role and not basic data entry. This is a high-responsibility position for someone who can "own" the workflow and bring order to a busy sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Hub: Monitor and centralize incoming inquiries from WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, and three separate Gmail inboxes.
- The "Daily Pulse": Filter through the noise to provide the CEO with a concise daily "Action List" (Tear Sheet) of what needs immediate attention.
- Deal Coordination: Manage the "stipulations" for merchant deals—requesting missing documents, checking statuses, and ensuring files are ready for underwriting.
- Rapid Response: Maintain a high standard of service with a 15–20 minute response time for merchant inquiries.
- Information Management: Organize and update spreadsheets or CRMs to ensure 100% visibility on all active deals and pending items.
Requirements (What we are looking for)
- Flawless English: You must have near-native written and verbal English skills. You will be communicating with US-based business owners and agents daily.
- The "Juggler" Mindset: Proven ability to handle 30–50 active conversations across different platforms simultaneously without losing focus.
- Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets/Gmail) and business messaging apps (WhatsApp/Telegram/TikTok).
- Experience: Previous experience in Merchant Services, FinTech, Logistics, or US-based Customer Operations is highly preferred.
- Educational Background: BBA, MBA, or A-Levels background is preferred.
- Reliability: Ability to work the 6 PM to 3 AM shift (Night shift in Pakistan) on a 6-day work week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130,000.00 per month
