- Master’s degree in business administration, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Manage and support the procurement of products and services for both domestic and international (export) markets.
- Assist in maintaining and reviewing long-term contracts and supply agreements with vendors.
- Participate in negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions, particularly for bulk product categories.
- Ensure all procurement documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Generate and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly procurement reports for management review.
- Support the development and management of supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Quality, Production, and Logistics for seamless procurement execution.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making by analyzing commercial trends and market information.
