Role: - Executive- Purchase/Procurement/Sahibabad/Gr. Noida

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have basic knowledge of broughtout parts, like hardware & other consumables.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices & Payments.
  • Follow up with vendors for material.
  • Coordinate with store & other departments.
  • Must have 2-wheeler for local market research and buying.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Diploma or Degree
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role (1-2 years).
  • Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be familiar with basic MS excel working.
  • Skills:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Positive attitude and Team player
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and results driven.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal.

· Budget: 3 LPA -3.6 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
