Role: - Executive- Purchase/Procurement/Sahibabad/Gr. Noida
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have basic knowledge of broughtout parts, like hardware & other consumables.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Maintain detailed records of all procurement transactions, including purchase orders, invoices & Payments.
- Follow up with vendors for material.
- Coordinate with store & other departments.
- Must have 2-wheeler for local market research and buying.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Diploma or Degree
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role (1-2 years).
- Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be familiar with basic MS excel working.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
