The Executive – Purchase is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations for layouts and construction projects. The role involves material sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely delivery of materials as per project requirements using ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Purchase Operations
· Manage end-to-end purchase activities for layouts and construction projects.
· Process material indents and ensure timely procurement within lead time.
· Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and project requirements.
2. Vendor Management
· Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors.
· Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations of vendors.
3. Negotiation & Cost Control
· Negotiate with suppliers for the best rates, payment terms, and quality standards.
· Ensure procurement aligns with approved project budgets.
· Track and achieve cost-saving targets through efficient purchase strategies.
4. ERP & Documentation
· Use ERP systems effectively for purchase planning, order tracking, and reporting.
· Maintain accurate and updated purchase data in the ERP system.
· Ensure proper documentation for all procurement activities.
5. Reporting & Audit Compliance
· Prepare and submit monthly purchase and cost analysis reports.
· Support internal and external audits with accurate data and reports.
· Maintain accountability for all purchase operations and ensure audit readiness.
6. Coordination
· Collaborate with site, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth material flow.
· Resolve purchase-related issues promptly and effectively
Job Specifications:
· Post Graduate or Graduate in any stream
· Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience:
· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in purchase from the real estate or construction sector.

· Purchase Lead Time – Timely completion of material procurement.
· Cost Savings Achieved – Reduction in procurement costs through negotiation.
· Vendor Performance – Quality, delivery, and reliability of vendors.
· ERP Accuracy – Timeliness and correctness of system entries.
· Budget Adherence – Purchases within allocated project budgets.
· Audit Compliance – Accuracy of documentation and audit readiness.
· Reporting Timeliness – Submission of monthly reports within due dates.
· Supplier Development – Number of new vendors onboarded and retained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
