- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams to forecast demand accurately.
- Monitor logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Lead, train, and evaluate supply chain staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management in health Care Industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
