Executive Real Estate Assistant

About RL Estates

RL Estates is a small top-producing real estate team based in Santa Clarita, closing 50–75 homes per year. We operate at a high level, move fast, and deliver a premium client experience.

We are looking for a high-performer to work directly alongside our lead agent, Rebecca Locke, as her right-hand in the business.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional assistant role.

You will act as an extension of a top-producing agent, helping manage day-to-day execution, client communication, and operational flow so Rebecca can stay focused on high-value activities like client relationships, negotiations, and closing deals.

You will be in the field, in the office, and constantly in motion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Client & Communication Management

  • Act as the first line of communication: respond to texts, emails, and calls in real-time
  • Maintain a high-touch, professional client experience at all times
  • Follow up with clients, vendors, and partners quickly and thoroughly

Field & Agent Support

  • Work side-by-side with Rebecca during appointments, showings, and meetings
  • Anticipate needs and handle tasks proactively without direction
  • Manage daily logistics so schedules run smoothly and efficiently

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate showings, inspections, open houses, and appointments
  • Manage calendar, routes, and daily flow to maximize productivity
  • Ensure all parties are aligned and informed

Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate vendors (photographers, staging, cleaners, contractors)
  • Assist with listing preparation and go-live readiness
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks to keep deals moving

Problem Solving

  • Identify issues before they become problems
  • Take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
  • Operate with urgency, precision, and accountability

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Fast-paced and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Professional, polished, and client-facing

Preferred Experience

  • Real estate experience strongly preferred (transactions, listings, or support roles)
  • Experience supporting an executive, agent, or business owner
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, timelines, and processes

  • Rebecca operates with fewer interruptions and more focus
  • Clients receive fast, professional communication
  • Schedules run efficiently and smoothly
  • Tasks are handled proactively without needing direction
  • The business is able to handle more volume without adding stress

Additional Details

  • Must be local to Santa Clarita / Valencia area (or willing to commute daily for work)
  • Must be comfortable working in-person and in the field daily
  • Reliable transportation required
