Now Hiring: Executive Real Estate Sales Professional – Dubai

We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven closer who knows the Dubai property market inside out.

If you’re a high-volume agent ready to scale your earnings and reputation with a global brand, this is your next move.

This role is commission-based with slabs starting from 70% for experienced agents — no earning limits, no ceilings.

What You’ll Do:

· Source, manage, and close premium real estate transactions.

· Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.

· Deliver sharp, data-backed market insights and property advice.

· Lead viewings, negotiations, and final deals with confidence.

· Stay ahead of Dubai’s fast-evolving real estate trends and regulations.

· Collaborate with a powerful network of agents and internal teams to unlock new opportunities.

What You Bring:

· 2+ years of proven real estate sales experience in Dubai.

· A consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication in Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, or Urdu — plus fluent English.

· Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills.

· Solid grasp of Dubai’s property market, laws, and investment landscape.

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with teamwork spirit.

· CRM proficiency and strong digital lead-generation know-how.

· UAE driver’s license & own car preferred.

· A degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus.
