About The Role

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. With a sharp eye for potential, they seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high performing, forward thinking teams.

We're looking for an Executive Recruitment Coordinator who'll support the flawless organisation of our leadership recruitment activities across highly complex schedules, strict confidentiality requirements, and global time zones.

You'll contribute to our overall team goal of bringing the world's top executive A Players to Revolut, ensuring a premium, frictionless experience from first contact to final offer.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting with scheduling and coordination of executive recruitment activities
  • Scheduling online interviews for senior candidates across multiple time zones and locations by liaising closely with Executive Assistants
  • Training interviewers
  • Managing clear, highly professional communications with senior candidates during and after the process to ensure a high quality candidate experience
  • Partnering with Executive Recruiters to streamline and improve recruitment processes
What You'll Need
  • Experience managing complex coordination for multiple calendars, events, or senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
  • High attention to detail, along with a sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with ATS or similar systems
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite
  • To be highly organised, detail oriented, and curious
  • A demonstrated ability in multitasking, prioritising, and meeting multiple tight deadlines
  • A team player mindset with the ability to give and take constructive ideas and feedback
  • Excellent communication skills, suited for interactions with executive level candidates and stakeholders
  • A data driven approach
  • High ambition, self motivation, and passion about our vision
Nice to Have
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management
  • Experience coordinating executive recruitment or within an HR function
