Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, guest spaces, and common areas in accordance with food safety standards and hospitality best practices.
• Manage food handling responsibilities responsibly by adhering to food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures.
• Support housekeeping duties by tidying guest areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of retreat facilities.
• Room and boarding are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightclubs.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently juggle bartending duties with housekeeping responsibilities during busy retreat schedules.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
