Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Deal with customers in a polite and confident manner
• Guide customers regarding products and showroom services
• Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
• Coordinate with sales and showroom staff when required
• Ensure showroom presentation and customer environment are maintained professionally

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer dealing skills
• Groomed and presentable personality
• Confident, professional, and active attitude
• Basic knowledge of showroom/customer service operations will be preferred
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience in customer dealing or handling will be an advantage
