Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Deal with customers in a polite and confident manner
- Guide customers regarding products and showroom services
- Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales and showroom staff when required
- Ensure showroom presentation and customer environment are maintained professionally
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer dealing skills
- Groomed and presentable personality
- Confident, professional, and active attitude
- Basic knowledge of showroom/customer service operations will be preferred
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
- Experience in customer dealing or handling will be an advantage
