About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic fresh MBA/BBA graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients for domestic and international tours.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products via online and offline channels.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: MBA/BBA (Marketing/International Business preferred).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
