Job Description

OrangeCross provides "out-of-hospital" healthcare solutions to patients in Urban India. Its primary business focus is to render intensive nursing care to post-hospitalization patients, at home. Currently the company is operating in the cities of Bhubaneswar (H.O.), Bengaluru, Pune and Visakhapatnam.

Position: Executive- Sales & Marketing

Location: Visakhapatnam

Job profile:

The Executive- Sales & Marketing will serve in a leadership role for the Home Health Care Operation at Visakhapatnam. He will be responsible for the overall growth of the Business.

Qualification

Post Graduation

Work Experience:

• 2 years of experience (preferably in Health Care field).
• Candidature from Medical Representative Background experience can be considered.

Other Requirements:

• Good leadership skills
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu (preferable).
• Male Candidate Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Good Knowledge of the Visakhapatnam Location.
• Required to visit client places (Clients- Doctors) to generate revenue.
• Hardcore Sales knowledge will be preferable.
• Good communication, confidence & Convincing skills.
• Smart and intelligent candidate is suitable for the position.
• Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors and other health care professionals.
• Presenting company products/services to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
• Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products/services that best fulfil those needs.
• Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
• Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
