Prime BPO is seeking experienced and driven Executive Sales Officers (ESO) to join our high-performing sales team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for professionals with proven closing experience who are ready to earn a strong guaranteed package with unlimited earning potential.

Position Details

• Job Title: Executive Sales Officer (ESO)
• Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Office-Based) | Night Shift
• Location: Plot D-146, 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 200,000 – 250,000
• Total Package: Starting from PKR 250,000+
• Performance-Based Bonuses: Uncapped
• Commission Structure: Uncapped
• Earning Potential: Up to PKR 500,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively close inbound and outbound sales leads
• Cross-sell multiple products to maximize revenue
• Deliver persuasive, compliant sales presentations
• Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into customers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Accurately complete applications and documentation
• Maintain CRM records and client data
• Follow compliance and quality assurance standards
• Coordinate with verification and QA teams
• Maintain professionalism and strong work ethics
• Be available for overtime or extended hours when required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of closing experience (Final Expense or any campaign)
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Understanding of sales closing, compliance, and product knowledge
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts
