Position Overview: As an Executive Search Consultant (Headhunter) focused on Sales & Leadership hiring, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end search engagements, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and identifying and placing high-calibre candidates in key sales and executive leadership positions. Your deep market knowledge, strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand strategic business needs and define search mandates for senior-level Sales and Leadership roles.
  • Manage the full life cycle of executive search assignments—from scoping and candidate sourcing to evaluation, interviewing, and placement.
  • Develop and execute customised search strategies using a combination of sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, market mapping, and leveraging your professional network.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates with strong leadership potential and cultural fit.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market insights, career guidance, and strategic hiring advice.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of search processes and candidate interactions in internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on Sales and/or Leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success placing senior-level candidates (VP, Director, C-Suite) in fast-paced or high-growth organisations.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of sales functions and organizational leadership dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven and collaborative environment.
