We combine strong sales performance with AI-driven recruiting, automation, CRM excellence and a modern partner mindset. We are looking for people based in Dubai, but 100 percent remote is also possible (DE/AT/CH or global).

Your Role:

• Run your own 360 desk for the German-speaking market
• Build and manage clients from startups to global corporations
• Own the full recruitment cycle end to end
• Advise C-level leaders and drive strategic deals

Your Profile

• 2–3+ years in recruiting, executive search or outbound B2B sales
• Proven sales success (fees, revenue, deals)
• German C1+, strong commercial drive and hunter mentality
