Your profile

Our Candidate Facing Consultants are at the heart of our search methodology- they’re the engine that drives exceptional hiring outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with Client Consultants to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent using advanced and creative search techniques.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, uncovering niche and hard-to-find candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
• Manage the recruitment process end to end, from job briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Confidently close candidates by presenting compelling opportunities, negotiating offers, and addressing concerns.
• Create a strong value proposition for every role, clearly articulating the benefits and career opportunities within client organisations.
• Develop and deepen client relationships by understanding business goals and delivering strategic talent solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling services, and building long-term partnerships.
