Role Overview

As a Headhunter, you will be central to our mission of connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations. In this role, you'll be helping build a strong candidate pipeline through client briefings, candidate screening, and contributing to building a shortlist of potential hires. This position is tailored for someone who prefers an account management approach rather than business development, focusing on nurturing existing relationships and ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they match client requirements
• Build and manage candidate shortlists, providing expert advice to both candidates and clients
• Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and positive outcomes
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide insights to clients and candidates
