Overview

We are looking for a Talent Scientist to lead initiatives that empower our senior executives to source and attract senior leadership talent. The role involves developing search strategies, coaching leadership, driving talent analytics and ensuring diversity and inclusion in hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a search strategy for our business and ensure headhunted talent moves smoothly through the pipeline.
  • Coach senior leadership teams to drive hiring outcomes, enabling them to become experts at attracting exceptional talent.
  • Drive talent analytics to provide real time insight using SQL or Python to identify trends in data.
  • Conduct in depth behavioural interviews to reveal motivations and behaviours.
  • Build key relationships with global stakeholders, monitor hiring activities, drive results and maintain consistency in operational processes.
  • Seek continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, remove unconscious bias and align sourcing strategy with inclusive practices.
Qualifications
  • Professional headhunting experience from an executive search firm or in house search function within the technology industry.
  • Understanding of psychometric assessments.
  • Strong analytical skills using SQL or Python, and proficiency in LinkedIn Talent Modules.
  • Experience conducting behavioural, competency based interviews and training stakeholders.
  • Academic background: Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, People, or related subject and strong maths skills from high school.
  • High level of personal organisation for remote work.
  • Willingness to travel to company events 2 4 times a year, up to two weeks each.
Other Skills You May Bring
  • Advanced analytical and statistical analysis of data sets.
  • Experience with tools such as Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International, and DISC profiling.
  • Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
